Independent Cinema Office is seeking staff for The Cinema in the Power Station, London, to work across bar, ushering, box office and shop duties. The role requires bartending experience, a passion for film, and comfort with weekends and evenings.

This is a permanent, zero-hours contract with responsibilities spanning customer service, cash handling and shop operations. Applicants should be punctual, proactive and enthusiastic about cinema, with additional hospitality or retail experience

Salary: £14.80 p/hr (London Living Wage)

Split between the iconic Battersea Power Station and under the railway arches beside it, The Cinema in the Power Station is located in the heart of South West London, boasting Dolby Atmos sound, Dolby Cinema, a bar, a variety of snacks and drinks, and a team of friendly staff.

Person specifications

• Experience bartending

Not essential but will contribute strongly towards your application:

• Experience in hospitality or retail
• Experience with Rossetta POS or any other ticket booking system
