Carrington West is assisting a local authority client in finding a CIL Officer on an initial 6-month contract with potential extension. The role focuses on administration, monitoring and collection of Community Infrastructure Levy and wider developer contributions.

Candidates should understand the CIL regulations and be able to measure plans. A relevant planning or infrastructure qualification or experience in planning helps, and local authority planning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CIL regulations and how to measure plans.
• Experience with admin, monitoring and collection of CIL and developer contributions.
• Knowledge of the UK planning system.

Responsabilités

• Administer, monitor and collect CIL and other developer contributions.
• Assess plans for measurement accuracy.
• Coordinate with council and developers as needed.
