Job summary

Carrington West are assisting a local authority client in the Home Counties in their search for a CIL Officer on an initial 6-month contract (with the potential to extend). This role will focus on the administration, monitoring and collection of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and wider developer contributions.

Candidates must have a good understanding of the CIL regulations and ability to undertake tasks such as the measuring of plans.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of CIL regulations and ability to measure plans.
• Beneficial to have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience in planning or infrastructure.
