Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a CIB Analyst in London to support performance management and business insight. The role involves working across AI enablement and data tooling while developing expertise in areas such as reporting, adoption, and management information.

You will build insights, dashboards and MI, collaborate with stakeholders, and help drive improvements across finance and operations in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

  • Proven strong analytical & problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Active interest in data, technology, business performance or continuous improvement, including emerging technologies and AI.
  • Ability to interpret information and communicate findings clearly.
  • Good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable insights that support business performance.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and management information for meaningful BI.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support delivery of business change, strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage automation and digital tools to improve efficiency and ways of working.
  • Prepare insights and updates for leadership forums and governance tracking.

You’ll move across these areas over time to support your development and respond to changing business priorities and demand.You'll gain exposure to a broad range of activities, working with colleagues across the business to deliver insights, improve efficiency, support strategic priorities and help drive positive outcomes for customers and colleagues.We'll provide the support and guidance you need to succeed.
