HOURS: Full time – 35 hours per week

This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of business priorities, supporting performance management, business insight, technology enablement and continuous improvement activities. You’ll join a flexible AI enablement team, building broad capability across AI, data and product enablement while developing deeper expertise in one or more areas such as business analysis, AI tooling administration, adoption and skills, experimentation, or management information. You’ll move across these areas over time to support your development and respond to changing business priorities and demand. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of activities, working with colleagues across the business to deliver insights, improve efficiency, support strategic priorities and help drive positive outcomes for customers and colleagues. We’ll provide the support and guidance you need to succeed. You'll contribute independently and as part of a wider team, taking ownership of defined activities while building your expertise and professional capability.
