Job summary

This days-based role requires flexibility to align with night crews, foster a high-energy culture, maximise productivity and minimise waste, with a strong focus on lean methods and audit readiness (BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, SMETA Sedex).

Qualifications

• Hands-on production background with proven experience delivering CI.
• Visible morale-building through Gemba walks, 1:1s, and regular team meetings.
• Solid understanding and experience in application of Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Improvement focused approach, instilling this throughout the team.
• Robust experience in delivering significant changes or transformation projects for Production or Manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and mentorship on Continuous Improvement and lead end-to-end projects.
• Foster accountability and team buy-in, instilling a high-energy culture.
• Coordinate with night crews as needed to align priorities.
• Maximise productivity and minimise waste with cost-conscious mindset.
• Maintain audit standards for BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, SMETA Sedex.
