Job summary

C&C Group plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Admin Team Leader to drive depot continuous improvement, safeguard stock integrity, and manage admin activities. You will lead the CI & Admin teams with support from the CI & Admin Manager as required.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-moving FMCG or logistics environment, developing and inspiring teams, delivering cost, service, and compliance KPIs in line with company standards.

About the role

The job holder will help facilitate and manage the depot continuous improvement, stock integrity and admin, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
