• Develop links between the Diocese and parishes.
• Signpost parishes to assistance on permissions, fundraising, governance.
• Advise on building management best practice and compliance.
• Manage grant schemes: Minor Repairs & Improvements and Net Zero Quick Wins.
• Produce reports on grant funding and project outcomes.
• Support delivery of the Your Spaces programme.
• Address priorities from quinquennial inspections with appropriate approvals.
• Develop plans to improve buildings for mission, including small works.
