Job summary

Aspinal of London Limited’s Distribution Centre is recruiting Personalisation Operatives for temporary Christmas peak roles. The team focuses on delivering beautiful products on time, in a high-energy warehouse environment.

You will personalise items with hot foil, embroidery, and engraving, while ensuring quality standards are met. These roles run from October 2026 to end of January 2027, with a day shift from 8:00am to 17:00.

Qualifications

• Excellent eye for detail and pride in accurate, high-quality work.
• Experience with quality checks and error flagging.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Adding personalised finishing touches to products ahead of despatch, including hot foil stamping, embroidery and engraving.
• Carrying out quality checks on every personalised item, flagging anything that doesn't meet standard.
• Working closely with the wider warehouse team to hit daily personal targets and wider warehouse daily targets.
• Always representing the Aspinal of London brand, in and out of the Distribution Centre.

Distribution Centre Aspinal of London is looking to recruit and train new Personalisation Operatives for temporary Christmas peak roles.

The Distribution Centre is the pumping heart of Aspinal. The team ensures that all stores and customers receive the beautiful products on time and in great condition. We are an efficient team of hardworking individuals who enjoy the challenge of delivering results in a rapidly growing organisation.

The warehouse is a fast moving and high energy environment to work in with the focus being on quality, accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Adding personalised finishing touches to products ahead of despatch, including hot foil stamping, embroidery and engraving
• Carrying out quality checks on every personalised item, flagging anything that doesn't meet standard
• Working closely with the wider warehouse team to hit daily personal targets and wider warehouse daily targets
• Always representing the Aspinal of London brand, in and out of the Distribution Centre

You’ll be a great fit if you have an excellent eye for detail, take real pride in your work, and have the patience and care needed for precise personalisation. This is a hands-on role where presentation and quality matter, so you’ll need to work carefully and consistently to make sure every finished item meets our high standards.

SHIFT DETAILS

Contract: Temporary, Christmas peak (October 2026 – end of January 2027)

Shift pattern: Day shift, 8:00am – 17:00

Location: Aspinal House, Midhurst Road, Highfield, West Sussex, GU27 3HA

Getting Here: Aspinal House is located on Midhurst Road, close to Fernhurst and approximately 4 miles from Haslemere. The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from us, with regular services connecting to Haslemere and Midhurst.
