Job summary

Aspinal of London is recruiting Personalisation Operatives for temporary Christmas peak roles at our Distribution Centre. The role involves adding finishing touches like hot foil stamping, embroidery and engraving, with strict quality checks to ensure high presentation standards.

You’ll work in a fast-moving, high-energy warehouse environment, collaborating with the team to meet daily targets and represent the Aspinal of London brand both in and outside the Distribution Centre.

Personalisation Operative Day Shift

Distribution Centre

Aspinal of London is looking to recruit and train new Personalisation Operatives for temporary Christmas peak roles.

The Distribution Centre is the pumping heart of Aspinal. The team ensures that all stores and customers receive the beautiful products on time and in great condition. We are an efficient team of hardworking individuals who enjoy the challenge of delivering results in a rapidly growing organisation.

The warehouse is a fast moving and high energy environment to work in with the focus being on quality, accuracy and efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Adding personalised finishing touches to products ahead of despatch, including hot foil stamping, embroidery and engraving
• Carrying out quality checks on every personalised item, flagging anything that doesn't meet standard
• Working closely with the wider warehouse team to hit daily personal targets and wider warehouse daily targets
• Always representing the Aspinal of London brand, in and out of the Distribution Centre

You’ll be a great fit if you have an excellent eye for detail, take real pride in your work, and have the patience and care needed for precise personalisation. This is a hands-on role where presentation and quality matter, so you’ll need to work carefully and consistently to make sure every finished item meets our high standards.

SHIFT DETAILS

Contract: Temporary, Christmas peak (October 2026 - end of January 2027)

Shift pattern: Day shift, 8:00am-17:00

Location: Aspinal House, Midhurst Road, Highfield, West Sussex, GU27 3HA

Getting Here: Aspinal House is located on Midhurst Road, close to Fernhurst and approximately 4 miles from Haslemere. The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from us, with regular services connecting to Haslemere and Midhurst.
