Job summary

Aspinal of London is seeking Personalisation Operatives for temporary Christmas peak roles at our Distribution Centre near Fernhurst. You will add personalised finishing touches to products, perform quality checks and work with the warehouse team to meet daily targets.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail and pride in presentation, with day shifts from 8:00 to 17:00, from October 2026 to January 2027, at Aspinal House, Midhurst Road, Highfield, West Sussex.

Qualifications

• Excellent eye for detail and pride in work.
• Patience and care required for precise personalisation.
• Hands-on role with emphasis on presentation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Adding personalised finishing touches to products ahead of despatch (hot foil stamping, embroidery, engraving).
• Carrying out quality checks on every personalised item, flagging items not meeting standard.
• Working closely with the wider warehouse team to hit daily personal targets and wider warehouse targets.
• Representing the Aspinal of London brand in and out of the Distribution Centre.
