Job summary

The Perfume Shop in Northampton is seeking friendly, customer-focused people to join the team as a Christmas Sales Assistant. This varied, hands-on role welcomes applicants with no prior retail or perfume experience and offers full training and support.

Earn £8.15–£12.85 per hour with 8 contracted hours. You'll greet customers, recommend gifts, promote our loyalty programme, wrap gifts, process payments, keep the store looking great, and support colleagues during the festive peak.

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our team as a Christmas Sales Assistant.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences. You don't need previous retail or perfume experience to apply. If you enjoy helping people and are keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Pay Rate: £8.15 - £12.85

What You'll Do

Working Pattern:

Our Christmas roles include a variety of shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends. We'll discuss your availability with you during the recruitment process and do our best to match this with business needs.
