Job summary

The Perfume Shop in Hemel Hempstead is seeking friendly, customer-focused people to join our Christmas team as Sales Assistants. This varied, hands-on role is ideal for anyone who enjoys helping customers and creating memorable shopping experiences.

No prior retail or perfume experience is required; training and support will be provided. You’ll work a variety of shifts during the festive season, including evenings and weekends, at a pay rate of £8.15–£12.85 per hour with 8 contracted hours.

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our team as a Christmas Sales Assistant.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences. You don't need previous retail or perfume experience to apply. If you enjoy helping people and are keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Pay Rate: £8.15-£12.85

What You'll Do:

• Welcome every customer and create a positive shopping experience.
• Recommend products and help customers find the perfect gift.
• Promote our loyalty programme and help customers make the most of exclusive offers and savings.
• Create beautifully wrapped gifts, including gift wrapping and engraving services where available.
• Process payments and transactions accurately.
• Help keep the store looking its best by maintaining high standards of presentation and availability.
• Support your colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience during our busiest time of year.
