Rituals Cosmetics Germany, Austria & Switzerland is seeking a passionate retail associate to welcome customers with a signature cup of tea and help them discover their next favorite Rituals product.

In this role you will drive sales, nurture member sign-ups, handle the register, receive deliveries, and keep the boutique looking polished and inspiring so every guest leaves with a luxurious Feel-Good experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience – welcome customers with our signature tea and help them find products.
• Hit sales targets – stay sharp on numbers and convert customers into members.
• Handle all the retail essentials – run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique stocked.
• Be a brand ambassador – maintain Rituals displays and style, ensuring luxury brand standards.
