Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking seasonal staff to welcome customers, support product discovery, and maintain a luxurious shop environment during peak season. You will assist with deliveries, operate the register, and ensure the boutique reflects the Rituals look with passion for wellbeing and beauty.

Availability includes evenings and weekends to match store hours. Whether you’re new to retail or experienced, you’ll thrive on connecting with customers and helping them find products they didn’t

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail is preferred.
• Ability to hit sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience.
• Attention to detail in store presentation and product storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver the Feel-Good Experience across the store.
• Help customers find products and share helpful recommendations.
• Handle the register, deliveries, and keep the boutique neat and stocked.
• Act as a Rituals brand ambassador with a focus on visual storytelling.
