Job summary

Liverpool FC is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor for the ILAC Store under a seasonal Christmas temporary contract. You will contribute to an exceptional customer experience, handle sales and refunds, process payments, and support stock control and merchandising at the store.

We value strong numeracy and literacy, great interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to hours, including evenings and weekends. This role supports Liverpool FC’s store team within a dynamic Christmas period.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
• Till work including processing cash and card payments.
• Gaining and building upon product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Basic sales management through driving AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
• Merchandising/display.
• Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
• Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

About the role

We have exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisor at our ILAC Store on a seasonal Christmas temporary contract.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.

What will you be doing?

• Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
• Till work including processing cash and card payments.
• Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.
