Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a festive Christmas Retail Associate in High Wycombe for a 15-hour weekly role. The position operates during the peak festive period with no December leave permitted.

You will assist customers face-to-face, merchandise products and support store promotions, while working under a Team Leader. Applicants should have prior retail or customer-facing experience, be comfortable using smartphones apps, and be able to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS is required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise product to visual guidelines.
• Receive and set out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Set up and run promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management to build relationships and boost sales.

Role Title - Christmas Retail Associate - High Wycombe - 15 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 5 Tuesday, 5 Wednesday, 5 Thursday

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours: The required start time for this role is 9:00am

Please note - this is a Festive Retail Associate role covering our stores during our busy peak Christmas period. The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in High Wycombe butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines

• Putting out deliveries of new stock

• Maintaining housekeeping standards

• Setting up promotional activities

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Requirements;

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.

• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred

• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems
