Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace, helping customers, and keeping products well presented as demand rises.

Flexibility is essential, with shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends. You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers and support teammates in a high‑energy store during peak periods. Night shifts may occur with a £3/h unsocial premium for late hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling including nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions.
