Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You will be on the frontline, delivering excellent service and helping customers with product knowledge.

You’ll work in a fast-paced store, using Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience. Flexibility is essential, with shifts across the store and across 6:00–10:00 on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the Christmas period.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
• Able to work under pressure and busy store conditions.
• Comfortable using digital tools and store tech.

Responsabilités
