Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited is recruiting a Royal Mail Delivery Driver in Tonbridge for a Christmas temporary role. You’ll deliver letters and small parcels, using a company manual vehicle, and complete vehicle safety checks.

You must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points, be physically fit for walking and carrying mail, and be prepared to work rotating shifts 7am–9pm, Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences; no IN, DD or DR endorsements.
• Physical fitness for walking and carrying mail throughout your round.
• Reliable and flexible to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and small parcels before starting your round.
• Complete vehicle safety checks.
• Drive a company manual vehicle and make deliveries on foot.
• Deliver letters and small parcels to homes and businesses.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
