Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and confidently promoting our newest food products. You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers and ensure they get what they need, when they need it.

The role requires resilience in a high-pressure retail environment, flexibility across store areas, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
