Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You will be at the frontline, delivering five-star service, selling new food products, and acting as a brand ambassador. You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers and meet demand.

Role involves late-night shifts with a £3.00 p/h premium for unsocial hours. We're looking for resilient, team-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt across store areas.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

This job role involves working late nights and this means we can't consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00
