Job summary

Marks & Spencer Group in Northampton is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service, helping customers, and ensuring products are available as demand grows. You’ll also engage with customers and explain product knowledge across fresh foods and meals.

Shifts include Sundays and weekdays with early starts; a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium applies to hours between 22:00–06:00. Applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service in Food section.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to use Sparks and in-store devices to assist customers.
