Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You will be on the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace while handling shelf replenishment and customer inquiries.

Shifts are scheduled for Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings, with potential full-time hours during peak weeks. 18+ only, due to health and safety rules; an unsocial premium applies for hours worked 22:00–06:00.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

This job role involves working early mornings and this means we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00
