CRISIS UK is recruiting five Case Managers to join the Christmas Case Management Team in London. Based at Crisis Skylight London, you will support guests to achieve outcomes, record progress, and work with partners to provide targeted assistance during the Crisis at Christmas period.

The role requires resilience, compassion and experience in coaching and information delivery. Contract is fixed term until 31 March 2027, 35 hours per week, with work over Christmas and bank holidays.

Formación

• Experience coaching and providing information, advice and guidance to diverse clients.
• Solid knowledge of homelessness issues, including relevant legislation and benefits entitlement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client-centered support.

Responsabilidades

• Support guests to achieve outcomes and move away from homelessness.
• Record and monitor service user progress with accurate data.
• Receive regular supervision and access to learning and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to provide flexible, person-centred support.
