Job summary

Marks & Spencer is hiring for a cafe team member in our in-store Café. You will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even at peak times.

You’ll use cafe tools to take and fulfil orders quickly and keep customers moving with five-star service. Being digitally confident is essential, and you’ll maintain high food safety standards while juggling orders and queues.

Qualifications

• Must be digitally confident and able to use cafe tools to take and fulfil orders quickly.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Willingness to work extra hours during the Christmas weeks (13th and 20th December).
