We’re seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our new venue, Chopstix. As a Shift Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences, whether they’re starting their day, grabbing lunch, or enjoying a late-night snack after a show.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering a fun and entertaining environment, reporting directly to the Venue Manager. Your responsibilities include leading by example, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, supporting daily operations, analyzing KPIs and stock control to maximize profit, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, food safety, and health & safety policies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, has experience in busy food service environments, and can motivate and engage a team during high demand periods. Flexibility in working hours, including a 5-day workweek over 7 days, is essential.
