Barker Ross Group is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers for a Desborough-based client. You will re-pack chocolates, work on the production line, and help stack pallets in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. The role offers day shifts with two options: 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, with safety-focused operations and attention to quality.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

• Attention to safety and MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Re-packing chocolates to meet quality standards.
• Working on the production line to maintain schedules.
• Stack pallets safely and efficiently.
• Label boxes with product information, batch numbers and expiration dates.
• Be mindful of machinery and MHE to ensure a safe workplace.
