Job summary

Ad Warrior is seeking a Chinese speaking Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate general ledger maintenance and timely monthly accounts. You will provide commercially focused financial analysis to maximise profitability and support sustainable growth.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and internal controls, with strong emphasis on UK GAAP compliance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily finance operations and ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger.
• Produce timely monthly accounts and prepare P&L accounts, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain robust financial controls across all departments.
• Review and approve journals, reconciliations and adjustments.
• Ensure financial records comply with UK accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly board reports and produce departmental performance reports.
• Analyse financial trends and key business drivers and present financial information to senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning with financial modelling and develop meaningful KPI dashboards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts.
• Monitor departmental expenditure and identify financial risks and opportunities.
