Job summary

Optime Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a trusted client at Temple Meads Station. The role focuses on packing, stock replenishment, and maintaining food-hygiene standards in a chilled environment.

You will prepare and pack orders for GWR onboard catering, restock trolleys, and support safe distribution of items to trains. This temp-to-perm role starts ASAP with weekly pay and training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking and packing experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability to work in a chilled environment and follow food safety guidelines.
• Good attention to detail and reliability; able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pack pre-prepared food items to standards for GWR catering.
• Restock GWR catering trolleys and ensure stock is ready for transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
• Carry out stock checks and stocktaking for train services.
• Operate manual handling equipment safely.
• Pack orders accurately and on time for onboard services.
