Job summary

Gist, part of the M&S Group, invites applications for Warehouse Operatives at Lenziemill, Cumbernauld. You'll contribute to a fast-paced chilled operation, loading, picking, scanning, and dispatching stock while adhering to safety standards and teamwork.

Full training is provided and progression opportunities exist within the operation. We offer regular hours, a 40-hour week on a rotating 5-from-7 pattern, with pay starting at £13.3759 per hour, rising after 6 months, plus overtime premiums and

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, ideally in fast-paced or chilled environments.
• Full training provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Picking and scanning stock using voice technology.
• Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch.
• Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team.
