Albert Bartlett in Scotland is seeking a Production Team Leader for the chilled division on the dayshift. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the chilled production line, lead a team of operatives, and ensure production targets are met with a focus on quality and safety.

You will implement quality controls, collaborate with management to drive improvements, and coach staff to develop skills. This role requires proactive leadership and excellent communication to maintain high standards

• Experience supervising chilled production or food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the chilled production line.
