Albert Bartlett is seeking a production operative for our Chilled Factory in Airdrie on a 4-day week, Sunday to Wednesday. You will support the production lines, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves operating machinery, monitoring production flows, keeping work areas clean, and working with colleagues to meet daily targets. Factory experience and good communication are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory or production environment is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to high quality standards and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit to handle lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication to report issues and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production process of chilled potato products, ensuring quality specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment following safety protocols.
• Monitor production flows and report issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
