Job summary

Dunbia Group in Dungannon is seeking a highly skilled operative to join the Loading Bay team on our Primary Site. Based in Dungannon, this role runs Monday to Friday and aims to drive performance and contribute to the company’s future growth.

Responsibilities include unloading lorries and weighing product, adhering to stock rotation for the Boning Halls, breaking down beef and lamb using a knife, working in a fast-paced chilled environment, and maintaining health, safety, hygiene and food

Qualifications

• Possess good communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service.
• Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Unloading lorries and weighing product in.
• Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure – servicing Large and Small Boning Halls.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Break down sides of beef & lamb using a knife.
• Work in a chilled environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements
• Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
