Workforce Staffing Ltd in Amesbury is recruiting experienced Chill Operatives for a temporary placement with guaranteed Christmas work. You will work in a chill environment, performing voice-picking and stock rotation tasks.

The role offers weekly pay, full training, and onsite parking. You will be reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have cold store experience with voice-picking preferred. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Cold store/chilled warehouse experience with VOICE PICKING experience preferred.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Motivated, positive, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Pick milk products accurately using voice‑pick technology.
• Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment.
• Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards.
• Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks.
• Report any trailer defects or stock issues.
