Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution (MMID) is seeking a proactive Chill Trainer to join the Chill Operations team at our UK site. The role focuses on delivering inductions, mentoring colleagues and promoting safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will train across Warehouse and Chill Operations, conduct refresher sessions and monitor training records, while supporting development opportunities and a positive learning culture within the shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training for colleagues or new starters.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff across warehouse operations.
• Strong focus on health & safety standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

As a Chill Trainer, you will:
