We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young client's home in Holbury.

When you'll be working:

• Waking nights
• 10pm-7am
• Full Time: 4 nights a week
• 36 hours a week
• Night shifts from Sundays to Fridays (every night except Saturdays)

What you'll be doing:

This role involves supporting a young boy with complex health needs (including a tracheostomy, ventilator, and PEG feed) in his family home overnight. This includes supporting him with his clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
