Join Our Team as a Children’s Support Worker in Sussex

Are you passionate about working with children who have complex health needs in their family homes? We are expanding our client base in Sussex and are looking for dedicated Children’s Support Workers to join our team.

About the role:

As a Children’s Support Worker, you will support children within their family homes and during daily activities. Your role includes engaging with children and helping them explore activities such as visiting the park, swimming, attending scouts, and more.

Our clients have various complex health and learning needs, often requiring clinical equipment support (e.g., PEG feeds, tracheostomy care). We provide full specialist clinical training and ongoing support from our Paediatric Team. The role also involves supporting personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts vary depending on the package
  • Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Long day, and Waking Nights available
  • Part-time or Full-time positions available
