Residential Child Care Worker - Lymington, Hampshire

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are seeking dedicated Residential Child Care Workers to join a small, therapeutic residential home in Lymington, Hampshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to support children who have experienced trauma, using innovative approaches such as PACE and DDP, within a nurturing and family-like environment.

The Role

As a Residential Child Care Worker in Lymington, Hampshire, you will be a vital part of a close-knit team, providing high-quality, child-centred care. Your work will focus on creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment where children can develop confidence, resilience, and independence. You will build trusting relationships and support children with their emotional, developmental, and practical needs.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Providing tailored emotional and practical support to meet individual needs

Candidate Requirements

Candidates holding a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, Health and Social Care, or similar, and those with experience supporting younger children or working in Early Years settings, are encouraged to apply. Experience working with children with complex emotional needs is desirable but not essential.
