Job summary

Wilderness Way invites compassionate individuals to join our team on a bank basis, providing care to children with emotional and behavioural challenges.

You'll work flexible shifts, including day, night, and sleep-ins, and be a positive role model while safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of every child. DBS/Access checks apply; equal opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and complete required qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges.
