Department: Residential

Location: Pear Tree Cottage - Preston

Compensation: £31,918 - £32,540 / year

Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365-day service due to the nature of our work. Rota given in advance.

Pay rate: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum* (depending on qualification) with opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

What we are looking for:

• Nurturing and supportive individuals capable of providing outstanding childcare and helping young people achieve excellent outcomes.
• Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable).
• A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable).
• A full UK driving license (essential).
• Legal right to work in the UK (essential).
• Values aligned with Esland’s, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach (essential).
• Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations (essential).
