Role: Children’s Complex Needs Support Worker

Location:

Liverpool, United Kingdom

Salary:

£12.55 - £13.55 per hour, £60 per sleep-in, weekly pay

Positions Available:
  • Full-time
  • Part-time
  • Weekend-only positions
  • 1-7 days per week
  • Nights available
Job Description:

Lavoro Care provides Support Workers for individuals with complex needs, supporting clients in residential, supported living, and outreach services. We focus on working with clients using all forms of communication to ensure a safe environment, help children develop their skills and potential, and promote independence. Support Workers help individuals live as independently as possible, making a positive difference to their lives and families.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide emotional support and therapeutic resources
  2. Help children achieve their goals, acting as a positive role model with encouragement and praise
  3. Monitor children’s physical and emotional wellbeing
  4. Assist children in developing social skills and building relationships
  5. Support children with daily activities
  6. Provide guidance to promote independence
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., supporting young people, adult care, education)
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Enhanced DBS Check (transferable DBS accepted)
