A leading children's care provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Manager for a 7-bed home in Castleford. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young residents with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The ideal candidate has proven management experience in children's services and a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification. A comprehensive and competitive salary package, including bonuses and benefits, is offered.
Total Package: Up to £73,808
Base Salary: £51,331 - £63,553

Working in our Children's Homes means becoming part of a young person's everyday life-being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home provides a safe, stable and motivating environment where both staff and young people feel secure and supported.
Our 7-bed home supports young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. We take a fully holistic approach, working closely with Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and wider clinical teams to create the best possible outcomes. It's a role filled with challenges, but also with the "huge small victories" that make a lasting difference.
Lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it remains a safe, nurturing environment.
Take ownership of Ofsted requirements and maintain high regulatory standards.
Support and lead your staff team, promoting a positive and motivated culture.
Oversee new referrals and ensure high-quality care planning.
Work collaboratively with families, local authorities and external professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people.
By managing the home effectively and creating a safe, stable environment, you directly help young people regain their childhood and build pathways toward a positive future. You will be contributing to one of the UK's leading specialist providers of education and care.

Salary & BonusesBase Salary: £51,331 - £63,553
Annual Bonus: 10% of salary
On-Call Bonus: £2,500 per year (approx. 10 weekends)
Attendance Allowance: £1,400
Long-Term Incentive Plan: 30% of salary accrued annually and paid as a future lump sum

Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
