P & S Care and Support are seeking caring, reliable and resilient Children’s Support Workers to join our growing team in our children's residential services. You will help young people feel safe, supported and valued through daily activities and positive relationships.

We offer flexible shifts, full training and supportive supervision, with competitive pay and enhancements. Experience is welcome but not essential.

Children's Support Worker - Make a Difference!

P & S Care and Support are looking for caring, reliable and resilient Support Workers to join our growing agency team, working within children's residential services.

As a CYP Support Worker, no two days are the same. Some days might be movies, popcorn, games with building positive relationships; other days can be more challenging, with heightened emotions, distressed behaviour or situations where a young person may go missing. You'll need to stay calm, patient and resilient, supporting young people through difficult moments while celebrating the good ones. It's not always easy, but every small win makes a difference.

We're looking for caring, reliable and resilient people who are passionate about helping children thrive. Experience is a bonus, but not essential!
