Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to assist children and young people in Dartington. The role includes personal care responsibilities and supporting daily routines, education, and activities.

You will build trusting relationships, encourage independence, and work with families and professionals to safeguard young people. Full training is provided and there is potential overtime and progression.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and resilient individuals.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in Social Care is ideal but other backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience in care or NVQ Level 3 is desirable but training is provided.
