Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates in Exeter is recruiting a permanent Children Support Worker to provide full training and support to young people in a residential setting. The role involves safeguarding, building relationships, and promoting independence across daily routines, education and activities.

You'll contribute to emotional wellbeing, work with families and professionals, and support young people with SEN or learning disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Caring, patient, and resilient individuals.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience of working in Social Care ideal but other backgrounds are welcome.
  • Experience in care or relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3) are desirable but not essential—full training provided.
