Support Worker Role

Requirements and Training

Applicants must:

• Be a driver with access to a vehicle
• Have a warm, engaging personality suitable for working with children and young people
• Be flexible in work schedule
• Experience in supporting challenging young people is preferred but not essential

If shortlisted, you will undergo onboarding including:

• 16 training modules
• Two-day Physical Intervention Training by GSA-certified tutors
• One-day courses on Children’s Safeguarding, Trauma Informed Practice, Polyvagal Theory, and Your Role at Paragon
