We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead our small, homely toddler room. Our toddler room accommodates between 8 to 10 children and up to three staff members. You will be responsible for ensuring the nursery's high standards and ethos are implemented daily, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

You must have a strong understanding of the EYFS and be able to ensure statutory guidelines are met daily. Additionally, you should build strong professional bonds with team members, key children, and parents. Your role will involve leading and actively promoting the safety, security, and well-being of all children, staff, and visitors at all times.

We seek someone who can create engaging activities and experiences that develop children’s skills, foster lasting memories, and inspire the team. Most importantly, you should have a passion for involving children in messy sensory experiences and providing the best start to their learning journey.
