An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Children and Young People to join their team in Chester. Experience: Working with Children and Young People, or at least 1 year of direct experience as a support worker.
Preferred Criteria: NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care OR Children and Young People.
This is a permanent position supporting children in a residential setting based in Chester. The role offers great benefits and opportunities for progression.
We are also considering candidates who can start immediately on a temp-to-perm basis. The initial 12 weeks are full-time, transitioning to a permanent contract from week 13.
Supporting children aged 5-16, your role will involve helping to increase their independence skills and providing support in any way you can.
