Job summary

Cornwall Council is seeking Social Workers for the Gweres Tus Yowynk service to support adolescents and families in Cornwall. You will undertake social work with young people, conduct assessments, and provide interventions to help keep children at home where possible.

Qualifications

• Requires a social work degree or recognised qualification (Dip.SW, CC SW, CSS).

• Undertake all aspects of social work directly with young people.
• Complete social work assessments and manage a caseload.
• Provide high-quality interventions to enable at-risk children to remain at home or with family.
